I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism, poor communication, and lack of organization at this clinic and Dr. Yussein Aguirre's office. On the day of my appointment, they called 10 minutes before I was about to leave to inform me that my daughters’ appointments were canceled because they needed to see a pediatrician. They confirmed my appointment was still scheduled for 10 AM. However, when I arrived, I was told my appointment was actually at 9:15 AM and that I needed to reschedule. What a joke!
