We used Yurkins-White Builders to help renovate a flip in Fitchburg, MA and Garrett and his team killed it. This flip was above average in difficulty with structural issues, rot, etc. but they made the process very smooth. Things inevitably came up that were unexpected, but they always made sure to address it with the best quality and didn't cut any corners. Recently used Yurkins-White on a bonus room addition above my garage. Garrett and his crew did a great job on there framing, roofing, and siding portion. He came out super fast for all the reconstruction measurements, had drawing made up in a day or so. Than when we came put with the final plan they got started quick finished quick and were very clean thru put the whole process. I will personally recommend them to anyone I know.
