If I could do 0 stars I would, so disgusting giving people a 9 hour time frame for works to be completed when there’s people who work from home and can’t just have there power turned off suddenly then when you try to call, go through all options just for them to send you to voicemail. Also being told works could be 2 hours then changed from 30min-1hr make up your mind how long till this take? I need to work to pay for my bills not having yous bludge and not care about others. I asked them NOT to install a smart meter. I even left Diamond Energy as a customer. Yurika over-rode my request, and installed one anyway. Helllooo I am NOT a Diamond customer!!! The worst thing is they totally got away with it. The energy ombudsman said it's part of the 2030 Agena. The "conspiracy theory" was confirmed, we truly live in distopian times and Yurika is a part of it all.
