I had a very horrible and unprofessional experience with Dr. Yuri Zermeno and the Endeavor Health OB/GYN office staff in Plainfield, both with my medical care and how the office handled my records. I suffer from endometriosis and uterine fibroids. I first saw Dr. Zermeno in summer of 2024 to discuss a hysterectomy. From my initial appointment to 9 months later, her patience, kindness and knowledge put me at ease as I embarked on this new chapter of my life! Her gentle, caring nature is a bright ray of sunshine to the darkest of days! The rest of the obgyn team and staff are attentive, professional and I love them, too! Clean facilities. The best!
