Decent store but that horrible recording on the phone is so annoying. I just waited 16 minutes and never even got to talk to a person. I eventually gave up. I listened to the same one minute or so collection of spiels over and over and over and over and over again if you're getting annoyed reading all these "over again"s you can only imagine how annoying it is to listen to the same four recordings 19,000 times..
