Do not trust Isaac. In September 2024 when broker fees were legal, we paid $3k in fees to Isaac and later found out he knew of and was previously informed by multiple tenants of known issues in this slumlord’s building that has a known rent strike occurring. Our building at 4 Decatur St has been on rent strike for years due to illegal living conditions - no heat, no hot water - and we just moved in not knowing these conditions. Tenants who worked with Isaac back in 2021 and onwards say they had told Isaac about the poor living conditions and yet he has continued to work with the building managed by Moshe Stahl.
