If I could give zero stars I would. Do not go to this doctor if you want any information about Hashimoto’s. She told me none of my symptoms are related to Hashimoto’s and that Hashimoto’s encephalopathy doesn’t exist anymore. I was so distraught after leaving her office which I spent 3 hours traveling to and she spent 10 minutes with me I sought a second opinion and was told I do in fact have what I went to her for treatment for. She is the worst doctor I have ever seen

My 82 year old mother was a patient of Dr Jiiang. She and/or her staff are completely incompetent as we were never sent a prescription for my mother nearly 3 months after her initial appointment. I left messages with the office. No one returned the calls and my mother was never able to get the prescribed medication. This is a delay in treatment which is completely unethical and actionable. I have been seeing Dr J for about 3 years and had been happy with her and her staff. Almost a year ago she referred me to a surgeon to remove my thyroid. The surgery went well but it left me with a very harsh sound to my voice and I could only whisper. The surgeon sent me back to Dr J and she kept me coming every month or two. She said she wanted me to go see an ENT at Vanderbilt but not now and put me off for either 3 or 6 months. I finally said send me now I'm through waiting. Dr J took care of me from the first moment I entered her office. She is very thorough and tells you exactly what is going on and what the future issues could be. When all tests were completed with the thyroid, she gave me my options and told me take my time making a decision. When I told her my decision, she referred me to great surgeon. I highly recommend her as a doctor because she is very knowledgeable and cares for her patients. She is my endocrinologist still.
