This company came to install a glass balustrade onto my newly built balcony that was waterproofed, screeded and tiled. He drilled 3 bolts into my cement sheet with no timber or steel under the cement sheet. There is no support for those balustrades. He also only drilled 3 of 4 bolts. I was lucky to see under the balcony as we did not cover it as yet. He cracked 5 tiles and smeared silicon over it to cover it up. I asked for my deposit refund of $1800 and he refused to give it.
