Posted for my friend Eric Winter: "My wife and I stayed 3 nights at Yungaburra Lodge (see photos) but unfortunately we can not recommend it. Owner got "snarky" whenever we asked a question. House was modern but got lots of ants and spiders which we dared not tell him about for fear of more of his responses. House has not been regularly sprayed by contractors - which works b.t.w. as we lived on identical type farm for 18 years and then never got bugs). Floor had not been cleaned or moped properly. We were a group of 6 who just had a weekend at Yungaburra Lodge. The house has been extensively renovated so everything was new and very clean. It was so well equipped we could not have asked for anything more. The breakfast provisions were really generous and we loved the small touches especially the Port and chocolate. Communication with Ian and Alli was great too. Well worth the stay, thank you.
Fantastic location on the outskirts of Yungaburra and Lake Tinaroo, exquisitely furnished.
