I came in earlier with my new kitten for a wellness check. Everyone was great; the veterinarian was really kind and insightful as were the vet techs/assistants. My only complaint lies with the front desk. The older white lady up front was rather discriminatory and told me and my partner “we looked like we were on a budget” …whatever that is supposed to mean. Perhaps training is needed at the front because I won’t be coming back and I’m sure I’m not the first to take offense to her words.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Plainfield Animal Hospital. Dr. Walker and Imani are absolute blessings and they make you and your fur babies feel like family. My pup is 19 years old and every time I go to the vet I am anxious and scared, but with everyone being so kind and caring it takes away that feeling. Thank you so much for the Plainfield Animal Hospital team!
