Dr. Cho, as good as it gets! He performed major hip surgery on my mom... and thanks to him, she's doing much much better.
Every member of the staff, from the girl at the desk, the X-ray tech, the intake nurse and referral/authorization nurse was friendly and helpful. I waited only about 20 minutes for my initial visit. I work in a doctor' office so I know how things work. Hi- tech, clean, friendly. And Dr. Cho took time to explain all my options and what to expect with surgery. I feel quite confident with him as my surgeon.
Probably one of the most nightmarish experiences I've ever had in a medical room. Would not listen to anything I had to say, very sarcastic, antagonizing, condescending and then some. So bad that I had to leave. And, I had one of the people that works there come out and apologize to me. I wish I could leave no Stars on this page.
