I purchased a Groupon for $44 today and called to schedule an appointment around 10:30. During the call, I was told that next time I should pay directly instead of using Groupon, and then asked if I understood. I found that response a bit off-putting. If the business prefers customers not to use Groupon, it shouldn’t be offered as an option. massage was decent but i felt pressured to tip which was not great.
I got the couples massage and cupping for both of us. I do feel better and not as tense after having it done. Service was good. The only thing I did not like was that you are forced to tip after you are done, which I wasn’t expecting. This is my first massage so I was kind of caught off guard, especially when they followed me to the front and were standing there waiting for a tip.
Staff was very welcoming. Enjoyed my scalp massage. It was a terrific visit.
