As always, it was a pleasure to interact with Dr. Chen at my appointment on 5-11-26. She is a total professional, explains things in easy-to-understand language and works quickly and competently. Dr. Chen knows what she is doing. I would highly recommend her to family and friends.
Dr. Chen came into the room where I was ,with the suction device in my mouth, stood behind me where I couldn't see her and introduced herself. She then poked around in my mouth and told me everything was fine and left. I thought she was cursory and unfriendly (particularly since I understand she is going to be my new dentist). I couldn't see her and have no idea what she looks like.
As always, it was a pleasure to interact with Dr. Chen at my appointment on 6-30-25. She is a total professional, explains things in easy-to-understand language and works quickly and competently. Dr. Chen knows what she is doing.
Dr. Chen is very skilled and very knowledgeable -- I had an overlay done and it fits perfectly. I recommend her highly.
