To the other reviewer: Sadly, she has not become more responsive, caring, or proactive. Getting referrals from her or anything beyond "test was normal" was impossible for me over the last year. My negative experience with her this year is what prompted me to switch providers. She was dismissive of my concerns and lectured me for 30 minutes on one appointment. I was so disappointed today because my appointment with Dr. Cao for tomorrow was cancelled by them, i guess she's going on vacation or she's out, i dont know exactly. But to wait for that appointment for almost 2 months just to be cancelled 1 day before is just so frustrating. I had covid last january, i was trying to get a hold of her for atleast a phone appointment, but it seems like she's always busy. She ignored almost a year of dr visits complaining of unbearable headaches... never once ordered an X-ray I had to beg for a Ct scan that discovered a brain tumor large enough to cause a brain shift. Hopefully she’s more careful now.
