I have never had a good experience with this place, both in person and ordering. They're slow to make food that's subpar, the surfaces are always so....sticky?? There's also some weird white noise going on every time I've gone in person. When I ordered from DoorDash, it took an unbelievable amount of time. My poor Dasher lost out on their other deliveries BECAUSE of how long it took to prepare the food in addition to terrible communication from the staff to the Dasher. Yum Village was an incredible partner for our Taste of Black Cleveland Trolley Tour! The food was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared, and the staff was welcoming and organized despite hosting a large group. Our guests absolutely loved the experience, and many said it was one of their favorite stops on the tour. We truly appreciate the hospitality and look forward to partnering again in the future!
