Caleb certainly provided great customer service and represented the company well
I have had great service from Yummy Pools since they opened my pool in May but, today Carl and Zac went above and beyond to help me have a successful swimming weekend. When Carl came to service my pool The pump would not hold a prime and turn on. He diagnosed the problem as the O ring. I bought a new O ring and by the end of the day, Carl was able to swing by and get the pool up and running. Great service by the Yummy team!
Dishonest and Unreliable Service I’ve been a loyal customer of Yummy Pools for a good amount of time now but in the past few months their service has completely fallen apart. They have not been cleaning my pool as scheduled yet I still receive automated messages at the end of the day claiming the work was done. I have a recent photo of my pool showing it is clearly dirty and untouched. I appreciate their thorough pool maintenance especially keeping my pool chemically balanced, avoiding that dreaded green algae. My service tech is always thorough in every task expected. Bravo! Continuing great service from Yummy Pools. Their quick response and thoroughness was shown again recently when I noticed some algae slowly appearing, especially after all the downpours we’ve had. Their service tech was dispatched and problem solved. Thank you Yummy Pools!!!
Zachary was one of the nicest, most respectful people I’ve met in a while with these services! I could spend hours talking with him ! If I could actually give him a 10 he would definitely get it ! Sophia was a great person to be in contact with for our services. Looking forward to working with Yummy Pools for keeping my very own resort in my backyard sparkling clean and ready to enjoy !!
