I tried Yummy Noodle Kitchen inside 99 Ranch in the Cerritos/Artesia area because I wanted the hand-pulled noodles, and for $12.99, the price is honestly pretty good. I got the Big Bang noodles and the lamb Chinese burger. The noodles took a little while, which makes sense if they're being made to order. They came out piping hot with chili oil, a ton of garlic and just a little bok choy. Formerly Changan Kitchen, Yummy Noodle Kitchen seems to retain the same menu, for the most part. And, like Changan Kitchen, has $9.99 Mon - Fri Lunch Specials 11am - 4pm. I've enjoyed Changan's inexpensive lunch specials plenty of times, and was curious how Yummy Noodle Kitchen's compares. This little shop is inside the 99 Supermarket... I usually never notice it when I'm shopping there, but I stumbled upon it today while strolling around! They have a wide variety of cold dishes! The waiter patiently explained the different types of noodles! I love spicy food, so I ordered the Qishan dry noodles! The sour and spicy flavor was delicious!
