Orders placed through third-party apps (like UberEats) are never even CLOSE to being ready on time. Often times, they don’t even start preparing your order until after you arrive. The whole point of ordering ahead is having your order be ready for pickup around the estimated pickup time. The manager has to extend the preparation time on their third-party app tablets to prevent people from arriving 20 minutes too early. Have some respect and consideration for people’s valuable time.
I think they should improve their delivery time management it took my order 40+ mins to get here and the food (gyro and fries) were cold I prefer my food hot when I legit live 5 mins away in car
