I have been dealing with low back pain and sciatica pain for many months. Due to other health concerns my spine doctor said that I was not a surgical candidate at this time. I asked him about acupuncture and he encouraged me to try it. I must say it was a good decision. I'm making great progress and couldn't ask for a better acupuncturist. She is very caring and is driven to making you feel better.

Having spinal stenosis and sciatica, I went to several physicians for treatment. Two surgeons recommended shots, and if that didn't work, then my only option was surgery. After 2 caudal injections which didn't work, the surgeon suggested I consider acupuncture. Having never tried it, and like most people, I have an aversion to needles.
