Hidden Gem JP Resto that serves mentaiko pasta (rare find here 🥹), one of the best katsu in Vancouver (can eat for 3 ppl or 3 meals), very good clam pasta and pressed sushi. Can taste the premium ingredients. The mushroom pasta was somehow a miss as it has intense mushroom flavours that makes it taste bitter. Ive been ubering more than 5 times (?) and dine in once. Will come back to try their hotpot
