Good customer service
Not one of my best Goodwills.. was 2 days over w my return n he declined me. And a couple mths back. I bought Daughter clothes n tags are being tag wrong were u can't pull on it to try on or it bust off. N declined the return due to tag off. Due to there incompetence. But ok...Avondale took my return. All I can say no more Goodwill for me especially on Watson. And fitting rms never came back. I'll stick to Hope's Closet n St Vincent for my donations. This store has a great variety all the time. Jaylene is exceptionally great at her job. She always acknowledges and greets me with a smile on her face whenever I visit the store. She's very helpful, and her customer service skills always are 10 out of 10. I always leave feeling happy. Jaylene deserves a raise or promotion. Her authentic self leaves you feeling like there are people out there that still care about customers.
