Its improved its servevice, but yet it still has many flaws, because they dont have all the sevices needed. Which makes the process sometimes longer. I needed glasses, so i was referred somewhere closer to home, which was great, but i had to wait a month to get scheduled then i have to go back to the clinic in yuma with the prescription and order new glasses.
THE STAFF TRYS TO HELP EVERY VET ASAP AND THEY SEEM TO BE DOING A GOOD JOB!

Seems the front desk and the back end cannot communicate. Patients are lied to by staff. Patient advocate appears in, my opinion, is just another paper pusher who's only there for a paycheck, not the veterans. And Tamadong, NP is just as bad. Still waiting for a follow up call from 01/28/2026. Today's 02/12/2026!
Considering how small the clinic is for the area, its not too difficult to get an appointment. In the winter its a bit tougher.
