THE STAFF TRYS TO HELP EVERY VET ASAP AND THEY SEEM TO BE DOING A GOOD JOB!
Great folks who work hard to keep vets well
Seems the front desk and the back end cannot communicate. Patients are lied to by staff. Patient advocate appears in, my opinion, is just another paper pusher who's only there for a paycheck, not the veterans. And Tamadong, NP is just as bad. Still waiting for a follow up call from 01/28/2026. Today's 02/12/2026!
Considering how small the clinic is for the area, its not too difficult to get an appointment. In the winter its a bit tougher.
Exceptional, fast, friendly service for the past six years. I’m still amazed by the lack of waiting time every visit—though perhaps it’s because I go in the morning?—I have always gotten in at or (more often) before my appointment time.
