Had a great experience from the people at the call center down to the local facility in Yuma. Josh went above and beyond to get me a unit to accommodate my fairly large 5th wheel, Thanks again.

Since switching owners I would have to agree if you can find storage somewhere else you are better off. Customer service is non existent here and people are not helpful. They switched to solar and now the outlets in each storage unit do not work. Really?? So much for maintaining your batteries here in YOUR unit you pay for. BUT you can purchase their equipment that does work in these outlets. Not to mention asking to switch to a different unit they have open that is easier access for us to pull our trailer into and not have ... read more

I moved into "Pink Door Yuma" in early December 2025... less than a month ago. I dealt with a pleasant gentleman who stated he was in the Gilbert office as they currently had no full time presence at the Yuma location. He had an acceptable unit available and I moved in promptly. In response to my inquiry, he assured me they had full time power installed in each unit and that I would certainly be able to keep my Motorhome plugged in and keep the batteries charged. Yuma RV & Boat Storage used to provide excellent customer service. Since the business was purchased by Pink Door Storage & RV, customer service is no longer available, instead you will need to call their call center. They have raised rates and are changing the rules how we can use our rental unit amenities. This business is no longer a friendly place to work with. It’s interesting how businesses forget who pays them.
