Onvida lab in the foothills is DRAMA. 30 minutes because she couldn't find his guardianship paperwork that a supervisor finally found on the day I TOLD HER it was uploaded by the pediatricians office. I hate when these receptionist decide they are better than everyone and they need to be the savior lol. It is ALWAYS this same lady and she always tells me the pediatricians office isn't doing their job. Thank you Janett, I apologize for all the lab work ups I had to get but you made such an amazing experience for me. I always had trouble when getting lab work done with 2 pokes which is never fun and I was amazed how fast you found a good vein and with the first try! Again thank you so much! 10/10 would definitely recommend!
The gals here are sweet & efficient! I'm a 'hard draw' so it can be nerve-wracking for me but Claudia knew exactly how to take care of me in 1 stick! So no multiple picks poking around & no bruising! Thanks!
