Onvida lab in the foothills is DRAMA. 30 minutes because she couldn't find his guardianship paperwork that a supervisor finally found on the day I TOLD HER it was uploaded by the pediatricians office. I hate when these receptionist decide they are better than everyone and they need to be the savior lol. It is ALWAYS this same lady and she always tells me the pediatricians office isn't doing their job.
