Need to get a lab done… they make me take time off work to go into the office for the lab paperwork… tell me the order isn’t in and doctor is on lunch… they will just send the paper work to the lab place and I’ll be notified over the phone when ready… why i had to go to the office for this interaction is still unknown… schedule an appointment as the my chart app indicates… go to the lab place the my chart app tells me to go to… they tell me they don’t do those tests there… what the hell is this process?!
Wonderful experience, great! The doctor and staff are excellent. I love the doctor, he’s knowledgeable, kind, patient, understanding, funny, good listener, and so much more.
Got in on time and the staff and doctor explained what was going to happen and why We were pleased with our choice
The staff is always friendly and helpful, I never have had to wait. They Address my problem and step by step they explain what needs to be done. I recommend then always, you won’t be disappointed 😊
