Dr. Hess was Professional. Very thorough
Worst care I've received. Did not call me with test results. Ultrasound PA insisted I needed. In the meantime I had an accident that required a night in the hospital. I needed follow up after the accident to be sure nothing further was wrong , healing etc. I called the clinic and explained to the receptionist I wanted to go over ultrasound they ordered for a simple ganglion cyst, get the cyst taken care of and follow up from my accident in one appt.
