They are very helpful and knowledgeable
Got me in right away (got the referral on Friday, and I was seen on Monday), and recognized immediately that the best thing for me was to see a specialist out of town. Didn't wait long in the lobby, didn't wait long in the room for the doc, nursing staff was very pleasant..... I'm happy all the way around.
I had the worst experience on my visit from the 1 st nurse to the doctor and the last nurse. The only nice and attentive personnel was the receptionist and the cray techs. I wasn’t provided with instructions to my brake in my arm. The doctor never took a look at it just said return in 2 weeks for a new cray. The nurse sent me for a cray when I already had one, she never bothered to ask me if I had one already.
The staff was very polite. The doctor was polite informative, i'm just listening to me. He waited till all my questions.I had were answered.
