I had the worst experience on my visit from the 1 st nurse to the doctor and the last nurse. The only nice and attentive personnel was the receptionist and the cray techs. I wasn’t provided with instructions to my brake in my arm. The doctor never took a look at it just said return in 2 weeks for a new cray. The nurse sent me for a cray when I already had one, she never bothered to ask me if I had one already.
The staff was very polite. The doctor was polite informative, i'm just listening to me. He waited till all my questions.I had were answered.
Don't bring your children here! They didn't make sure my childs arm was aligned after casting... And they have medical assistants doing the casting with no PA or Dr present... The MA wraps crooked... I'm not the only one with this issue recently some other Moms on facebook have shared that they have had the same experience with the MAs in the parkway ortho department! it's ridiculous....
