Cancelled appointment with less than 30 minutes notice while we were on our way to the new office which is now well outside of town and takes a lot more time to get to wasting even more of our time. Replacement appointment offer was ridiculously far out for what the appointment is. Transferred to office manager who didn't answer the phone. Don't bother with the stock response to reach out to the care advocate team - I already did and they couldn't be bothered to take a call either. I had amazing care with Dr. Terefe. Thank you so much for caring and listening - for helping me find solutions and making me realize things I didn’t even know about myself. You’ve helped your patients and your community more than you know. So incredibly sad he’s moving into a leadership role but I only wish him the best!
