I will NEVER return to Mr. Luby or his mentor. They don’t listen, and they bad mouth other colleagues. I feel they are nothing but pill pushers. I do not feel safe with them.
This was one of the most unprofessional front desk experiences I have encountered, and I have worked in healthcare since 2007 in multiple roles. Dr.Patel is an amazing doctor who actually cares and properly educates her patients. My care has never felt hindered or neglected being under her . If you’re looking for a great doctors office for your mental health needs this is the place .
