Amazing service, the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful.
Terrible customer service. I submitted a request to get a hold of my medical records over a week ago and I still have not received them. I then called today and they told me I would be receiving by email in a few hours and I still have not received anything. Wow . Work harder guys ! Your service sucks
Don't use the vending machines at any yrmc. $6.20 hold on a can of Soda. Of course as expected yrmc takes no responsibility at all and gives the big runaround.
