Definitely has gotten very bad since PA Wrigglesworth left. Last 3 winters down here was excellent service. This winter new staff, the service has been a disappointment. Try to call and make appointments or try to find out about a procedure that was done a week ago and they had the results the following day, because it was on my wife’s portal. She called the rest of the week with it going to voice mail several times (at least 2 times a day) with no call backs. I called 3 times one day to find out the pharmacy hrs and went to... read more
Very satisfied with care here. When needing referrals for both my son and me, they were taken care of in a timely manner. The staff was very attentive at my son's appointment. It's a small clinic, but they do everything they can with the capabilities they have from what I can see!
