This is the third interaction with this “dealership”. The word service should not be in the title. We took the car in for a recall (inconvenience) But we get it. No one greets you, no one comes out to say hello, they ignore you even once you get out of the car and go into the office. After standing there for 5-10 minutes someone asked with attitude “have you been helped”. Well no, we have been standing. After the paperwork we were told one hour. The service department is unarguable the worst when it comes to communicating. NO ONE COMMUNICATES, no one calls, no one knows anything. On top of that, they're rude and unprofessional. Everyone blames one another for not knowing what's going on, but they also get mad at the customer.
