Service team tried to rip us off regarding a anti theft code. Wanted $200 to rip apart the car for information freely available from Acura. Not impressed
This is the third interaction with this “dealership”. The word service should not be in the title. We took the car in for a recall (inconvenience) But we get it. No one greets you, no one comes out to say hello, they ignore you even once you get out of the car and go into the office. After standing there for 5-10 minutes someone asked with attitude “have you been helped”. Well no, we have been standing. After the paperwork we were told one hour.
