Yume Home Solutions came out within a couple of hours to do a small carpet repair; their team was awesome and quick! Thank you, Carlos!
Wish I could give no stars, made a reservation on their website, got the confirmation email. Called the next day to confirm the reservation, after we moved all our furniture, their response was. “Ohh sorry our system just books you automatically. Soonest we can go is in 4 days.” Pretty dumb when you know you have an issue with your booking provider and do nothing to fix it. We had an amazing experience with Yuma Home Solutions! They tiled our entire house, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment Carlos showed up to give us an estimate, everything was professional, smooth, and stress-free. The tile crew did a fantastic job detail oriented, respectful, and efficient.
