From walking thru the door to leaving I give this staff a 5 star rating. I can’t recommend everyone highly enough. If I could give more stars I would. I presented a difficult problem for Dr. Sorenson who immediately started treatment. I’m still undergoing treatment which will require an additional procedure. Everyone is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly all at the same time. 3 weeks of serve dental pain after seeing my dentist on base. 2 hours later in this office and they had me essentially in and out with virtually 0 pain. I mean it’s amazing. They were extremely professional, prompt, and extremely fluid on in finding a way to bring me in same day for major operation on me. The atmosphere was polite and very clean! I would 10/10 come back here. They’re awesome!
From the first person at the front desk to the administrative and clinical staff, I was impressed with the friendly and professional assistance during my procedure. My root canal was a pleasant and pain free experience thanks to Dr. Sorenson who has a wonderful way of instilling confidence and putting u at ease. I knew I was in good hands. I would like to give a shout-out to Dr. Howard Sorensen for always doing an amazing job with my root canals. He is incredibly patient and takes his time when numbing my mouth, which makes the experience much more comfortable and virtually pain-free. The entire staff is wonderful as well.
