I waited almost 3 weeks for an appointment gave my insurance information over the phone then when I get here to the office they tell me they can't accept my insurance because I have a primary insurance which is anthem Blue Cross Blue shield and ahccs cost containment insurance and that makes me out of network they could have told me that over the phone 3 weeks ago very unprofessional I gave one star because I had to otherwise they would have got zero
Visit was great. Had mole removed and had strange rash on me knee diagnosed and was given prescription that took care of it.
Been to this office 3 times. They have taken good care of me so far. No problems with appointments. Staff was very friendly.
Very kind staff, Doctor Gross was professional! I have nothing but good things to say about them!
