As much guff as this place gets they are a govt facility who try to do their best. They are helpful and good people.
Take forever to tell you what's going on
They take up to months to answer you if someone doesn't forget about you or lose your paperwork and make you re file 20 times
Receptionist is very snappy when you call, that is if anyone answers at all! And then when you ask if your caseworker is in the office, instead of answering the question they send you to their phone. And then that's a crapshoot because 8 out of 10 times nobody is in the office and so you leave a voicemail only to be not replied back to or if you are it's 3-5 days later
