The office staff is so nice. I met with the NP, Yesenia. Unfortunately there were several instances were I had to clarify information to her. Both times I saw her, she never examined me...didn't touch me at all. Would been ideal to perform a thorough examination; listening to heart, lungs, etc. But that never happened. My test results were not good. I wasn't provided any follow up or recommendations on how to take care of myself with this new diagnosis. While yes, they did test me to find out why I have tachycardia, when the typical tests came back normal, they didn't even want to communicate that with me. The Dr wanted to rush right out of the room the moment he came in. Additionally, although I'm still tachycardic, and the meds they have me on drop my blood pressure too low, the only solution offered was go off your diabetes meds... Huh? Very comfortable office. Staff was friendly, efficient. Dr. was very Professional. He was easy to talk with and easy to understand. My husband said on the way home, “ I like him!”. Which he does not voice that very often.
Great place. Knowledgeable and they treat you awesome.
