Unfortunately, this was a favorite restaurant for over a year but the quality has gone down. The last straw was finding the hard pebble like BROWN THING in my latest order. Presentation like this kid’s bento box is also less than ideal, especially for the price.
Was such a loyal customer until I found a large bug attached to the protein in my take-out soup. When I kindly notified the restaurant, the manager stated a refund for my entire order (two soups) would be processed. However, I only received a refund for one soup. I never leave but positive reviews, though I felt compelled to inform others.
Entrance is a challenge for those with knee / mobility problems. There’s a big step with NO railing so I needed help from the Staff and patrons to get in and out. Lots of bubble tea flavors; loved the banana flavor! The ramen was piping hot but could have used more umami flavor. Not authentic Asian but not bad. The jammy egg was nicely done.
Very relaxed vibes, good food and great service! If you want to have ramen with a twist this is the place to go!
