If you are looking for a physician who is rude, condescending, insensitive and has THE WORST bedside manner, then Dr Yulya is the person to see. She either doesn’t have a clue on how to engage with patients or she simply does not care. I’m not sure which is worse. Her tone is so abrasive, the last thing you want is for her to treat you.
