Great track with great views. The last few hundred metres is unmarked and I’d definitely recommend using AllTrails or some map as some bits are pretty gnarly
Lovely walk starting from Green Camp carpark. Lots of birds including wedge-tailed eagles gliding over. Only about 5km on the rough dirt road to get here (20km to the summit).
This is a wonderful scramble up some unique geology. The scramble to the summit is straight forward. If you want a real challenge and are experienced climbing, the “skyline traverse” across the top of the ridge is truly spectacular and in some parts hair raising. Highly recommended.
Amazing walk. That sign is north facing, not orientated to the perspective of the walk. You need to walk straight for about 100m from the sign, then you’ll start to see some cairns/rock stacks… follow these, they kind of follow the image i have attached.
