I went in for a balayage I showed the owner (blond haired lady) the pic of what I wanted . She did a good job on the balayage but her helper the other lady with the red lipstick was not very pleasing I had never been to a salon that blow dryed my hair like she did . I feel like she doesn’t care much about the customers. Kept trying to convince me to get a haircut although I had mentioned to her I had got a trim 1 week ago . Very rude customer service, I did not feel welcome in there. After the haircut and I have bumps on the back on my neck and head. They didn’t even give me what I asked for also. Would not recommend coming here, your better off going to sportsclip and that’s saying something
