I do not recommend this agency for there poor business practices. I called December 5, 2019 to update my address as well as location on my renter's insurance. I spoke with Erica Trinh on that date. I was thinking informed that the lady in charge of renter's insurance had questions for me. I expressed that I would need to be emailed since I work when the agency was open. I was never emailed.
