It's an amazing experience. Once you buy to go in there are miles of dirt roads going alongside 10 or more diffferent fenced in very large (each an acre of larger) animal exhibits each showcasing animals such as elk, cariboo and arctic gophers. You can either pay just to go in and bicycle along the paths (in which case you need to bring a bicycle) or pay to go on a tour on an hour long tour bus where the bus will regularly stop at the different exhibits and the host will give detailed explanations about each animal. Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. We walked around as we like to hike and prefer that to the tour bus or bike. Animals were great but the moose were elusive which is normal apparently. I've been coming to Canada for 10 years now and never seen one. Maybe they are either very shy or are hiding from hunters?
