I am so unimpressed with this title company. They promise excellence and deliver disappointment. I have watched them fumble the simplest transactions. They don’t take ownership of errors, delays or responsibility. The positive reviews are only from realitor partners in this town.

This company has a lot of potential to be very good. However, currently not so much: their staff strings you along thinking everything is good to go for completion: then the drop another bombshell of bad news saying you now need _________ fill in the blank of excuses. Each visit there's something new required verses what is verbally stated: "appears everything is in order, doesn't look like anything else is needed." Well let me tell you that's a fabricated lie, always something else is needed, more money dished out to court ... read more
