This company has a lot of potential to be very good. However, currently not so much: their staff strings you along thinking everything is good to go for completion: then the drop another bombshell of bad news saying you now need _________ fill in the blank of excuses. Each visit there's something new required verses what is verbally stated: "appears everything is in order, doesn't look like anything else is needed." I used Stewart to close my home selling. There is furniture sell with the transaction. Stewart mailed me the furniture check instead of wiring it together with house transaction. The mail is even without a tracking number. Unfortunately USPS lost it and I never received the check. I called the office and they let me wait for 3 months until the check is voided so that they can re-collect the payment. After 3 months, I called and emailed them. No one take responsibility now. Please GO TO Stewart! You won't regret it. (compared to the other company) We bought and sold this summer and used the other company first and regretted it(Stewart fixed (in ONE hour)what the other company could not...we wished we would have used Stewart title for both transactions. Stewart was FAST, professional, thorough. Ask for Stephanie, thats who we worked with..Her and Heather will get the job done. Seriously...USE Stewart title...Please!
Not impressed at all. Tried talking in circles. Got passed to and from agents. After the 4th trip back and forth they say "oh sorry we don't take debit, or cash." Ridiculous add on fees for a service I thought was futile. I'm glad I'm only buying a piece of property. Definitely not worth the hassle. I should be able to give 0 stars.
