We love Dr. Diane and all the staff at YPCC. I've had to wait for awhile on occasion, but you have to decide what is more important. For me, giving up a little extra time is worth it because I know they are going to get wonderful care once we are seen, and also not be charged an amount that breaks the bank. We've been going here for almost 20 yrs. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Arrived at YPCC at 9:45 and was refused service, due to the clinic being busy. I had called the previous day to check what time Dr. D was accepting walk ins and was told from 7:30 until 10 on Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursday & Friday. I was not even given the courtesy of being asked what the nature of my visit was (what was wrong with my pet). I have been a customer for 10 + years. I guess when you are making so much money, due to the demand, I guess it's all right to let your customers or animals suffer if it suits you.
