So thankful to have Dr Kaylee Alton as my naturopathic doctor. She is extremely knowledge about taking a natural approach to health issues and always takes lots of time to carefully and meticulously diagnose why you are experiencing certain symptoms and problems. It's so reassuring to get individualized medicine, unique to my needs. She has really helped me with weight loss in a healthy way, boosting my immune system and with my chronic problem of insomnia.

I am very happy to find a doctor who is so caring and takes time to listen to you, the impression form the initial assessment was great, it was very informative, I learned lots of new stuff to deal with my ongoing health issues, specifically my indigestion without taking any medications, (as I used to for years), but by making life style changes and making healthier choices recommended by Dr. Alton. To be honest I came out of the appointment feeling a bit cheated. My appointment ran longer she said, at the end of the appointment, and stated that she’ll just charge extra and that I need to buy enzyme supplement. She didn’t ask, she told me I have to. I felt helpless and couldn’t tell her that as a professional she should be in control of managing the time. I recommend Dr. Alton to everyone that I know who may need a naturopath. In my opinion, everyone needs someone like Dr. Alton in their life to help them function in the best way possible. Dr. Alton has been instrumental in improving my inflammation issues (connected to gut issues) and has given me many tools related to many other parts of my life in order to function at my highest level on a daily basis.
