So you did not notice I took down my past comments about previous misgivings with Yukon Honda and I did move the ratitng from 1 to 3 stars. Here is a reminder of why. I bought my CRV from you new and it had issues with the battery draining and freezing in winter within 24-48 hours. I am on my 11th battery and have installed a underhood charger to remedy this. I called Yukon Honda multiple times to book an appointment for service. Every call was forwarded to service line and every time, sent to voicemail. I left my name and my number 4 times over the span of a month. I was never called back. The next month I filled out an appointment request on their website with all my information included. 3 weeks and I haven’t heard anything.
