I placed an order for Chainsaw parts. My mother had a terrible experience while picking up the stuff for me as we live 6 hours away from whitehorse. Instead of explaining my transaction did not go through he defaults to being extremely rude and ultimately unhelpful. If I could offer less than 1 star, I would. Absolutely avoid this place if at all possible. Just read the reviews here.

Absolutely the worst dealership experience I have had in my life. Last year, I was hearing rattling/ticking noises from under the engine bay of my car. I took it to the dealership and they could not figure out the issue. They told me that Honda Canada had been sent video samples of the issue and that Yukon Honda would be in touch. I called in to the service department several times over the following weeks and Yukon Honda never got back to me with this supposed update from Honda Canada.
