Booked an appointment for a soft liner for my top denture, that's all my budget would allow. Chris was very generous and did some work on the bottoms as well so the tops/bottoms would line up nicely and thus fit properly. Chris does really nice work and his lovely new office is a real treat.
An absolute nightmare. I went in to get my dentures relined. Something happened and the tops were very poor. They did not fit at all. In fact, they were worse than when I went in. He got very defensive and stated. No, they were fine. Nothing could be wrong with them. That's impossible. Etc etc. He said they may take a few days for them to set properly. Is closed for more than a month, they dont check their voice mail during this period, and no admin person working. very inconvenient and not very professional.
