I recently travelled to NY from Sydney to see Dr Bob Li at MSK. Dr Li was excellent, he went out of his way to help me, he was very caring and thorough, and at the end of the day made the honest assessment that the quality of care I am receiving in Sydney is world class and they wouldn't do anything differently at MSK. In doing so, he had my best interests in mind, rather than his interests or MSK's interests, as he could have easily said that I should get further treatments in NY at MSK.

No, they never postpone my appointment Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
