The food is amazing! but our experience from the staff was what stood out. Our 9 yr old was craving for ramen and this place had it, while we were dining, a tiny gnat flew into my sons ramen.he was about to burst into tears . Immediately, the staff sprung into action and took the bowl away and replaced it with a new one! Amazing experience- definitely the best sushi we’ve ever had. Jesus made our sushi, we tried 11different things and everything was fantastic! Drinks were also very good. Recommend the gin fizz, the Tokyo sour, and Brodie’s inventive French 75 was amazing!
This place has amazing food. We love the Omakase experience - we've tried all the options in the SLC area and this is the best. The service is also great. I am particularly impressed by the manager - she was able to resolve a conflict we were having about our table with the check-in staff and found a really practical solution that was extremely customer service oriented. She handled the situation exceptionally.
We scheduled a 7:45 dinner. Being from out of town you never know what to expect. I would say that yuki Yama exceeded our expectations and we even got the kids to eat. Amazing. Trisha our server 10/10 was kind enough to let us know that we could alter any dish that we need to accommodate the kids palate. The dishes Wagyu tataki was as described.
