It was our early to bed night tonight, and we didn’t have a reservation… I loved the honesty of “we can seat you but we need the table in an hour and a half.” That tells me that they value their customers time! We had Stacey and she was phenomenal! She helped us choose an excellent Saki and answered all our questions about the choices (because they have everything)! Yuki Yama is hands down one of my favorite restaurants in Park City and an absolute must every time we’re in town. It’s my go-to spot for the perfect surf and turf experience 🥩. The wagyu on the sizzling salt block is unreal — easily one of my all-time favorites. It’s incredibly juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. Ramen was great. Hot bomb was a nice addition. Eating at sushi bar and watching gutted fish being wrapped in Saran Wrap gave an uneasy feeling about possible food issues, as the fish was stacked on an open counter for the entirety of our meal.
