A bit pricey but great pork ramen!
Restaurante asiático de buen ambiente en Park City con platos de muy buena calidad. Fuimos con una persona vegetariana y el menú ofrece varias opciones, acabamos pidiendo el Vegetarian Ramen y fue una gran opción. Probamos también el Pork Ramen, y como sushi el Green Hornet y Toro Battera. El sushi es de gran calidad. Nos atendió Erkki con un servicio excelente, aconsejándonose con el menú donde tuvimos dudas. Muy recomendable.
Fantastic service, fantastic sake. Fish was good, though cuts were fairly inconsistent and sometimes left tougher bits on that are usually trimmed. Rice was a bit too firm. Overall a good experience and would return!
