My son and I wanted a good sushi dinner to celebrate after his snowboard comp. After sorting through options decided to make a reservation at yuki Yama. Truly this was not just dinner. It was a dining experience. Our waiter was exceptional in giving us new rolls and sashimi to try based on our taste. The chefs choice sashimi was amazing. Been coming here for many years. The idea of a trip to PC without Yuki Yama makes me sad. The service is amazing, the food is amazing, all around can’t miss.

Freaking the best sushi ever
Has such a nice dinner at yuki. Our waiter, billy, was so friendly and accommodating and was able to provide recommendations for the table. The food was tasty and sake was great!
