We were able to get a reservation but only for the bar and that turned out to be just perfect. We had two sashimi appetizers from the specials menu both absolutely delicious. We did the wagyu hot plate and that was just spectacular ! We followed that up with nigiri and two rolls. Fabulous dinner. Highly recommended.
This is probably the best overall dining experience in Park City. I’ve lived here for nearly a decade and, regrettably, never made it in until this year despite countless recommendations. I travel the world for a living, and this is one of the best dining experiences that I have ever had. Our server, Brodie, asked us our preferences for a few things, then walked us through a personalized culinary experience that was absolutely amazing. He was personable, professional, but just a great guy overall. The GM, Breana came over and spoke to us for a while as well, you just don’t see hospitality like this anymore. I will recommend this place to anyone I know coming to Park city.
