Yuki Imports are our trusted mechanic. My wife and I have brought our car here for years. Diego and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They care about us as customers and are honest. To the person who gave one star with the Hyundai NOTE they fix Japanese cars. Hyundai is Korean. You should probably reconsider your review.
Honest and reasonably priced service for Japanese cars. I've used them regularly for ten years and keep going back.
Dear owner of Yuki Import, you just lost my business Forever. if you pay close attention to the negative review of what people are saying here--10 out of 10 has something to do with your manager (Victor) with his lousy customer service skill. here's the conversation this morning: I walk into my 8am appointment, letting Victor know that I'm here for my 8am appointment. Victor and the other mechanics are very honest and straight forward about what you need to fix and what you're going to have to pay. They usually have a full lot so it's best to make a RSVP in advance.
